Check availability
Let’s Check Your Date.
Call or text 970-325-3745 (send a text), use the form below, or email Jason with your date, location, and the reception you are picturing. Jason will check his schedule and confirm availability directly, along with travel, ceremony needs, and whether the service is a good fit.
01 · Date & location
The two details that make an availability check possible.
02 · Coverage
Reception only, or ceremony sound and reception together.
03 · Reception priorities
What matters most about the flow, music, and guest experience.
A short, useful first inquiry
Enough Detail to Check the Date—Without a Long Sales Form
You do not need every detail finalized. A venue under consideration, an estimated guest count, and a few priorities are enough to begin.
If the date appears workable, the next conversation can focus on your reception rather than making you repeat basic information.
Start with the essentials
- Your name and preferred contact method
- Wedding or event date
- Venue and city—or the area you are considering
- Estimated guest count
- Reception only or ceremony and reception

Tell Me About Your Date
Share what you know now. Exact venue and guest-count details can change; the goal is enough context for a useful availability response. Call or text 970-325-3745 (send a text), or email northerncoloradodj@gmail.com.
Thanks—Your Availability Request Was Sent.
More than a date check
Start With the Reception You Want Guests to Experience
Music matters, but so do timing, introductions, transitions, room awareness, and the way guests are included. Share what matters most—even if your plans are still taking shape.
What Happens Next
01
Confirm Availability and Fit
Jason checks the date, location, coverage, travel, and the priorities you shared, then responds using your preferred contact method.
02
Talk Through the Details and Agreement
Discuss your questions by email, phone, or a meeting. Once the date, coverage, and terms are agreed, Jason sends an agreement for you to review.
03
Complete Your Booking
Your booking is complete when Jason has your signed agreement and full booking deposit: $500 for reception only or $650 for ceremony and reception. A $200 first installment can reserve the date when booking more than six months ahead; it counts toward the deposit. See the deposit deadlines and booking terms.
